Welcome to Grid Garage, operated by Colgworld, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Grid Garage (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using Grid Garage, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Grid Garage provides tools to catalog, track, and manage Formula 1 trading card collections. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g., card images, notes). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and store that content solely to operate and improve the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any third-party rights.
All trademarks, logos, and Service content (excluding user content) are the property of Colgworld, LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.
Grid Garage is an independent collection-tracking service. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to any of the sports leagues, entertainment properties, card manufacturers, grading companies, or other rights holders whose trading cards or collectibles our users catalogue.
All product names, brands, logos, team names, league names, character names, and trademarks referenced anywhere in the Service are the property of their respective owners. They are used solely for identification and descriptive purposes — so that collectors can accurately record and search for the items they own — which is a nominative fair use and does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or partnership.

This list is illustrative, not exhaustive. The absence of a name from it is not a claim of affiliation with, or rights in, that name. Any trademark not owned by Colgworld, LLC belongs to its respective owner.
Grid Garage does not sell, manufacture, distribute, authenticate, or grade trading cards. Card images, set data, and grading information shown in the Service are user-submitted or drawn from publicly available sources, and are provided for reference only. We make no representation as to the accuracy, authenticity, condition, or value of any card recorded in the Service.
If you are a rights holder and believe content in the Service infringes your rights, contact us at the address in Section 15 and we will review it promptly.
Grid Garage is free to use and is supported by advertising. By using the Service you agree that we may display advertising within it.
Advertisements are served by third parties, including Google. We do not control and are not responsible for the content of any advertisement, or for any product or service advertised. Your dealings with an advertiser are between you and them.
Where an ad-free subscription is offered, subscribing removes advertising from the apps as described in Section 7.
Grid Garage may offer paid subscriptions, such as an ad-free tier. The following applies where you buy one.
Subscriptions renew automatically. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription renews for another period of the same length, and the payment method on file is charged at the then-current price.
The title, length, and price of a subscription are shown to you before you buy, and again at the point of purchase.
We do not receive or store your card details.
You may cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not end the current period, and you keep access until that period runs out.
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are refunded by Apple or Google under their own policies — we cannot issue those refunds ourselves. Purchases made on the website are handled by us; contact us at the address in Section 15.
Except where the law requires otherwise, subscription fees are non-refundable and we do not provide partial refunds for an unused portion of a period.
Where a free trial is offered, it converts into a paid subscription automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Only one trial is available per person.
We may change subscription prices. We will give you notice before a change takes effect, and where the law requires it we will ask for your consent. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for. If you do not accept a new price, you may cancel before it takes effect.
A subscription removes advertising and unlocks any features described at the point of purchase. It does not entitle you to any card, any Marketplace credit, or any guarantee about pricing data, which remains subject to Section 10.
Grid Garage may offer a middleman transaction service (the "Marketplace") to facilitate card trades between users. By using the Marketplace, you acknowledge:
The Service integrates with third-party services, including Google Firebase, Algolia, Google AdMob and AdSense, RevenueCat, Stripe, Apple, Google Play, PostHog, Customer.io, Meta, and eBay. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content or conduct.
What each of them receives is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Card pricing data, valuations, and market information are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as financial advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Colgworld, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
